The NECI 9-1-1 eProtocols is a CAD-based public safety protocols software suite that works with your existing CAD system. This 9-1-1 Protocol suite is very versatile and can be utilized by any PSAP that is wanting to improve and standardize their 9-1-1 calls. The eProtocols can be utilized for EMS, Fire or Police response calls. All calls begin on the "All Callers" Page. From that point the screens are transitioned to the EMD Protocol page, the Police Protocol page, or Fire Protocol page depending on the response given to the call takers questions. The NECI CAD Protocols meet the NENA Emergency Call Protocol Standard 56-006. 

Also included in the software suite is a Quality Assurance component that can be used by 9-1-1 Supervisors to document and grade calls.
